Hello! Thank you for visiting our site. We are Eric and Kelly Burke, co-owners of Burke Land Co. We specialize in finding undervalued vacant land and passing the savings onto our customers. We buy and sell properties primarily in Arizona, Florida, and Oregon. We love helping people finding their dream property or investment property at affordable prices.

Our Real Estate Background

We love real estate and working with people. Our adventure in real estate investing began in 2010 when we began purchasing multi-family duplexes. It has been an amazing journey so far. We have been searching for other avenues within real estate when we came upon land and fell in love with it! We enjoy finding great bargains from people wanting to sell their land, and we love working with people to help them find that piece of land they’ve always dreamed of owning – especially when they never thought they could own land. Whether you want to camp, explore, get away for a much needed break, build your dream home, or purchase as an investment, land ownership is much easier and more affordable than ever before!

We pride ourselves in our integrity and customer service. Our mission is to provide quality properties at an affordable price and provide excellent service to our customers with a simple and quick purchasing process.  We walk you through each step of the process and prepare all of the documents. We are not real estate agents, nor are we affiliated with any real estate agencies. We own each property and sell directly to our customers with no third party involved.  There are also no banks, no credit checks. We offer purchases through cash or easy owner-financing with flexible finance terms and affordable monthly payments, which allow all of our customers to realize their dreams of owning land.
